Good people working hard to bring you cool sofa's. i have bought alot of stuff from somasofa the 8 or 10 years i lived in SF . i allwise got good prices and when my lamp quit working they replaced it without any problem at all ! dennis is very hard working and knows how to run a sofa store !

Great Place, Low Prices.. You cant ask for a better place to buy a sofa. Great people selling wonderful furniture.

Run, don't walk, away from this business..... Based on my experiences as a customer of SoMA Sofa, I am writing this review to warn off any potential customers who might suffer the same perils we did. To sum up my experience: getting furniture from them as promised and in a timely manner was nothing short of a nightmare, and we were blatantly lied to on multiple occasions. We made the mistake of ordering thousands of dollars of office furniture for our San Francisco office from them. The experience was abysmal, with week after week of delays, missing pieces, and to top it off, lie after lie from the proprietors, Dennis and Phillip. Promises of credits to our bill and other perks to comp us for the multiple delays and screw-ups never materialized. When my interior decorator and I attempted to follow up, we were told that no such credits had ever been offered. It was the most deceit I have ever encountered in a business relationship, particularly one where we provided a vendor with thousands of $$ of business in a down economy. Run, don't walk away from these liars.

We did everything we could to make sure Violet was happy. Violet received delays from the makers of her custom built furniture. Although we were told to relay messages between the builder and the client sometimes people just want to blame the people they can see. I apologize still Violet and will gladly take care of you if you ever come in.

FABULOUS FURNITURE. Excellent service!!! The staff made my transition from traditional to modern actually fun. They have recently doubled in size, offering even more of their unique furniture and accessories. Bob drew up diagrams for 3 pieces of furniture which I had custom built by one of their exclusive (in N. CAL.) manufacturers. All of them turned out perfectly, exactly as I wanted. I highly recommend SOMA SOFA.

Amazing design, quality pieces. Soma Sofa offers a beautiful selection of furniture, lamps, and other interesting accessories and pieces. Fun, Funky and Functional.... Step into the doors of Soma Sofa and you can't help but hop from chair to chair to sofa to whatever! The furniture is fun and funky, and the selection is unique...like the lobby at the Triton. Don't see exactly what you want? Chances are they can have it made for you, and relatively fast. Service is friendly and non-stuffy, the place is a true find!
