Mark H. did not put a hard sell on the car. He told me about the features as I was driving, was patient with my questions, and was super knowledgeable about the car. He also seemed like a real person. I know that is an odd thing to say but some of the dealers I worked with prior to Mark H. seemed almost mechanical in their pitches. Mark asked me what the lowest price was that I had been given so far. I told him and he said that that sounded reasonable and that he could likely come in slightly below that offer. From that point on, Mark was a man of his word. He worked with me and wrote dealer sheet that had exactly what we talked about printed on it. I was able to go home with the deal in writing to think and research more. Mark was communicative but not pushy. Long story short, I ended up buying form Mark (who was also super organized about the after market add-ins in the car and the delivery date) and would HIGHLY recommend him to others who are in the market for a new car.

BEST Honda dealership in the bay area. No pressure tactics, lowest price on my 2013 honda fit....they even came down an extra 100.00 below the quote when I went in to sign the paperwork. You won't be disappointed!

I was in the market for a new car because my previous car was totaled in a car accident. Was not anticipating to be back in the car market so soon. I got in contact with Jerry Melo of SF Honda through email and was shopping for the best price I can get. First thing to know, I hate sitting and negotiating at the dealership for hours on end. I'm a straight shooter. Shopped around for the lowest quote and which ever one was the lowest, that's the one I'll go with. Jerry offered the lowest price. Jerry walked us through the features and the various different options.I was in and out of the sales department and got my new car in a flash. Shopping with Jerry was a really easy process and it was a no pressure situation. I will be back to look for Jerry for my next Honda.

They are very conscientious about their service. It was a fine experience. They followed up. Once I handed the car to the service coordinator, it was really fast. The service was good!

Price compared San Francisco Honda with other dealers in the area through a car buying website. I had 5 or 6 dealers bidding for my business but I chose 3 out of the lot since they were closer to my home. San Francisco Honda was one of the first to bid and I counter their bid with one I thought was extremely low, but to my surprise they accepted it. I called them an arranged a pick up in about 8 days since I had to get my finances together since I was paying cash. I also didn't want any of those dealers add on options which he was would be no problem. I came into the dealership on our appointed day and I walked out with my car in less than 2 hours. Mr. Melo showed me somes of the features of the car and how they worked which was great. I signed all the paper work and was offered extended warranties and other dealer options and there was no pressure in purchasing them. In all, it was the best buying experience I had in purchasing a car.

I have to tell you I did go to another dealship which was much closer to home but they would not match the offer. This dealship also adds certain options on all their cars before they put them up for sale. If you wanted to buy a car from them, you are stuck with all the options except for the Lo-Jack. They also told me they would not even look for what I wanted at the price. I must say that they did offer a car at that price but it was not the color I wanted and it appeared to be a demo since it had several hundres miles on it already.

SF Honda let us test drive a car. It was not the color we wanted. When they got the right car they called us and held the car for a day before we got the message and called back. We had found a lower price and they matched it. They were great. Sales process was quick and easy.
