What can I say, but they're cheap, good, varied, and the service is friendly. My standard is the turkey sandwich bagel - with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard. They always abide by my 'easy on the mayo' request and I like that you have the option of toasted ... And cheap! I can get a turkey bagel and apple juice for $6. Good place for a low-key lunch on the weekends. Their service is also always fast, regardless of how busy. I also appreciate their large variety of bagel-types.

Pros: Good, Cheap Lunch in the Mission

Cons: Not a "hot" meal

Fantastic way to start your day without over-carbing and crashing later on. These bagels are fantastic, the whole wheat had ground wheat kernals that were crunchy- yummy! A lot better than the acidic-tasting whole wheat version you get at Noah's down the street. They certainly don't taste low carb- nice and chewy on the outside, soft on the inside! They have tofutti spread, too, for those of you who are lactose-averse like me. I haven't tried it yet, but will be a regular at this place, which is very reasonably priced for the heart of the Financial District.

Pros: low-carb, delicious, friendly service
