Lousy customer service. Not a good customer service experience ordering a custom engagement ring. They were not very responsive and slow to respond to me, were late getting the ring finished, and screwed up the band by mis-stamping as "14k" instead of platinum, which is what it was actually made of! at least after all that headache, the ring turned out looking nice.

Good selection, quality; service lacking. I bought a ring from Derco six months ago, and was treated very well. I returned to have the prongs examined and was thoroughly ignored. The sales staff kept gravitating towards the couples until I demanded that someone help me. The lady was reluctant to help, and tried to rush me out as quickly as she could. Good selection of settings and stones though. If the sales staff weren't so judgmental about who they helped, I would be a lifetime customer. But I'm not and will not until they change their attitudes.

Best value for high quality. Wow, Derco is really unbeatable. They have no sales pressure and just want you to enjoy the whole process. They have almost every size and cut diamond in their wearhouse and will keep an eye out for you if you are trying to find something very unique. They are great at customs settings and I now have a necklace, earrings and ring that all match what I have wanted. Katherine, in particular, is a great sales lady and the last time I was there she had just received flowers from another client. They take care of you and you will pay about 1/4 of the amount of Tiffanys with better quality, since most of the jewelry is made in house. Go see them!

Good quality & prices. My engagement ring is from Derco and I always get lots of compliments on it. My husband recently bought a gorgeous diamond bracelet from there for me for our 5th anniversary. It's the only place we go. Thank you, John, for always taking great care of us.

Best place to buy a diamond ring. We shopped around a lot for our wedding bands and thank goodness we discovered Derco. Great service, selection, quality and surprisingly, customer service. I really appreciated that they were very upfront about the quality diamond you were interested in, instead of only giving you a "that looks great" and expecting you to buy.
