Great job guys!. I am pleased to say that I have finally found a Starbucks that has EXCELLENT customer service!

I had to wake-up super early in the morning. That already automatically put me in a bad mood. My doctor's appointment just went south on me. Even worse mood.

I go into this store and everyone were all smiles, while I was still ordering, the Barista already took my order ahead of time to get the line moving. Everyone were all smiles and seemed really genuinely nice.

OMG, I go Starbucks every day, all over the city -- just wherever I am. This is the very best one!

Great job guys!

Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness.. In Short
For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.

close to SF library and Asian Art Museum. We go into The City (SF) for museum and art gallery related work/play/hobby. We are usually coming from Hayward so we take Bart into the Civic Center/UN Plaza station, and as we exit, there is our favorite coffee fix right at the top of the MUNI, BART, and F-Line escalator. Great convenient spot to pick up a hot breakfast sandwich or a scone with my Venti Cup-A-Joe to start my day. Fun staff makes it a great place to start my mornings in the City on my way to the main Public Library or the Asian Art museum that we work with. If you must drive into the city there is valet parking behind Starbuck's at the Hotel Whitcomb. We rarely drive, but if we have lot's of art to haul, it's nice to have the option next to my Java-Junkie paradise for my morning caffeine fix.

regardless of chain phobia. Starbucks consistently delivers a good product based on methodology in making coffee. I know we try so hard to be different from America in not accepting chain stores in our neighborhoods. However, I find myself going to Starbucks ,regardless of what city I am in, because I know I will be getting a good cup of coffee. Although I still think service sucks in this city, the overall experience is decent.

Best Coffee. Starbucks has the best coffee. It is always fresh, hot and perfectly brewed. Service is usually great. Most other coffee houses serve coffee that is too weak and a little too old.

starbucks sucks!. I'm tired of seeing a new starbucks popping up everytime I turn around in this city. Isn't it enough that they almost own a monopoly at all airports?

There's nothing GREAT about this chain. Next time you go there ask them to skip the ice on your cold drink and see the server have a crisis...LOL

Best coffee beans. Starbucks has been very consistent with the roasts and prices of their many selections of coffee beans from all over the world. I will most likely always buy beans from them, for their consistent pungent aroma and strong flavor. But their isn't anything that differs from one Starbucks from another, distinguishing it in any good way. As another may have already said, it has become the McDonalds of coffee houses, with its corporate agenda, it may take over the coffee world . . .

I like my coffe.....coffee-like. Although Starbucks is good on the economy, and may do wonders for Seattle, here it is just the McDonalds of coffee in a world of Gary Danko's. If you like Starbucks, well, then you have never really had REAL roasted coffee (only the blackened, dehydrated, burned kind).

Ho Hum. Starbucks is about as exciting as mud. And, the prices are outrageous. Add to that, they give the pastries to the staff at the end of their shifts. So, why should the staff sell them when the price will be added to the coffee? Think about it!

blah blah blah. It is a pity that a chain the size of Starbuck's is even on this "Best of" list. Heard recently..."Which is your favorite Starbuck's? Mine's by the Jamba Juice." You might as well compare Franzia boxed wine to Cakebread Cellars.....Starbuck's is way out of its league in this town.
