Elaine B provided awesome customer service at the box office. We had a real problem with our tickets and she was able to help us with the problem. She had a very proffessional, friendly and caring attitude. We had a great time seeing My Chemical Romance. General admission was great for enjoying the concert. We had a great experience at the Warfield and will go there again to see more concerts. Everyone treated us GREAT!!

Pros: Customer service great
