Good. we wisitied someone styaing there. the room was spacious and comfortable. The ambieance was very good. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Very helpful. The desk staff, especially Hansel, were very helpful. They resolved any issues (our tv remote didn't work), answered any questions about entertainment and gave suggestions, and were prompt.

Good hotel. Nice location, 1 minute walk to Union Square. Fair staff, and clean rooms. Good hotel for travellers who spent most of the time outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel near to Union Square shopping area. Accessibility to public transport plus bus stop is just a few doors away. Food outlets are also just a few doors away, especially the 24-hour restaurant which is convenient for travellers who arrive/return late to hotel. There is a launderette just a block away. Average 15-20mins walking distance to Chinatown. As our room was on 6th Floor and with window closed, no/not much noise pollution from the street thus could sleep late in the morning. Hot shower and water pressure in the bathroom were great.

Very helpful. Convenience to everything at Union Square and close to the cable car at Powell Street. There were good retaurants and a good variety of shopping close by. Hotel staff were very helpful with local knowledge, good recommendations and other useful information.
