Great Hotel, Convenient Location. The staff of this hotel is what sets it apart from the hotel in the area. I usually stay at the Westin but why pay for such an expensive rate for half the price? Really good value and I can't wait to be back.

Comfortable and elegant. Nice little hotel close to Union Square. The room was not especially spacious but had lots of great fabrics and the lighting - odd that I noticed- was really well done. Professional, courteous staff.

Donatello is not a ninja turtle. The hotel has a welcoming lobby as well as staff. . Marble walls , fireplace, authentic works of art . On weeknights the soft strands of livf jazz delights those who stop tolistenThis is a resort time share hotel as well. Before you stop reading these are very un pushy people. We were asked at check in if we wanted to see the dog and pony show for ownership. We said no thank you to the offer and the $100 they offered for our time to our amazement and joy we were never asked again. The rooms are large and well appointed. Microwave refrigerator coffepot and dishes. The 10th floor lounge is open 7 to10 pm coffee, tra. and hot chocokate is available all day. Rolls and orange juice are offerd for a modest 4$$.. Valet parking is avalable $28. The staff is attentive and will try to make your stau as comfortable as possible down to the turn down service and the mint on the pillow .

An intimate atmosphere in the city's most popular neighborhood.. In Short
This hotel is a good choice for both hard-core shoppers in town for the weekend and businesspeople who prefer a homey setting to less-than-personal corporate surroundings. Each of the 94 guest rooms--all with king-size beds--weighs in at a generous 400 square-feet. The tone is warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and shades of green accenting stuffed armchairs and cherry wood armoires. The efficient staff is multilingual, making this hotel popular with international visitors.
