Great staff. I made a weekend trip to San Fran and couldn't find anywhere to take my dog, so I brought her with me here. Unfortunately she was lonely, and barked everytime we left. The staff discovered calling our room shut her up, and they did so. I couldn't appreciate it more and I'm sure the other guests felt the same!! The hotel has the feel of staying at a friend's house, and very reasonably priced.
