Fred's advertises that they're the perfect place to order gifts to be delivered in San Francisco -- even if you're ordering from out of town. It took me two tries to find someone who could even take an order -- and then they never delivered it! When I called back the next day to find out why my friend never received the gift, "Fred" told me my credit card was expired and that he didn't have a chance to call me back. After I clarified the correct expiration date, and he promised the order was delivered, it never was -- even after 3 more days! It was an unbelievable waste of time -- and my friend never received his gift. It just shows not to believe everything you read on a company's website...
