I Celebrated my engagement here!. I proposed to my wife on a cablecar, Cocktails at the St. Francis and a great meal at 3 a..m. at this place of refuge and fantastic food. The service is fast and the portions very fair, I highly recommend this place for breakfast and for a great steak sandwich

GREAT Burgers, Salads, Seafood 24/7. This is one of the few restaurants that I actually look "forward" to eating at when visiting San Francisco. If you sit at the counter, you can see the cooks throwing burgers on the gas grill with flames flying up, fries being cooked in the deep fryer, & the overall "fast pace" of your typical diner. If you like cheeseburgers, the cheeseburger combo with fries & a salad is delicious! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

the weary traveller's sanctuary. The breakfasts in this bustling diner are to die for. I have travelled around the US extensively so I have wide experience of diner food and this was one of the best. Delicious french toast, quick service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I almost felt like a local!
