as quality and freshness of the food goes, you should know that every restuarant in bay area by law is required to cook your food at 300 degree F and there is no way you can get upset stomach from it.
I have been to different indian and pakistani restuarants and I found Pakwan restaurant one of the best in town when it comes to taste and freshness of the food. This restaurant is always busy. Don't expect fine dining style service at 6 dollars a dish price. It is not a fine dining restuarant anf that is why prices are so low.…

Best tikka masala around. I'm an Indian junkie (food, that is), and I have tried pretty much every Indian restaurant in town. Pakwan's food is some of the best and most authentic you can find. Located in the scenic Tenderloin, plan on bringing your appetite and a can of mace. The location is the 'four corner's of Indian dining. Naan & Curry, Shalimar, Pakwan, and the new Chuntey are all on adjacent corners of Jones and O'Farrell. Try the chicken tikka masala and a side of naan. Die with a smile on your face....…
