Nice Design, Mediocre Coffee.
The art in this cafe is cute and the walls are colorful, making it a nice place to hang out, but the coffee wasn't that tasty. Probably best to stick with tea :)

Worst place ever..
I really want to like this place but I have to say my experiences there have just been awful. The last straw was when I went there to buy two double lattes and the woman ran one espresso shot 4 TIMES and then split the shot between mine and the other persons drink. So I was pretty much drinking warm milk. This has happened before. The people that work there are rude and super lazy. So much for a nice cafe in the neighborhood.

Customer Service Nightmare.
I was visiting this establishment regularly (daily at lunch) with a colleague and my dog where we would order inside and then sit outside. Many times I saw the owner who took my order. Most of the staff was very friendly and cordial, but there was one male staff person who was very rude, agitated, and irate over my dog. I accomodated his desire for her to wait outside, but he was still extremely rude, oddly nervous, and refused service to me regardless.
I understand that animals are not aloud in eateries- even little dogs- but this was not the way to handle a regular customer. He could have easily asked nicely. I will not return to this establishment, and I have wrote a letter to the owner sharing my experience with him.

A bohemian vibe and versatile all-day menu define this laid-back, artsy neighborhood joint..
As authentically European-feeling as any cafe you'll find in the city, this charming, well-worn bistro is as appealing for a morning coffee sipped over the newspaper as it is for a glass of wine on a lazy afternoon. Local artists' works pepper the walls, while wooden speakers hung over the entryway blare an eclectic selection of tunes. Daily edibles, displayed on chalkboards, include such California comfort fare as pesto spinach lasagna and a tangy salad with blue cheese, green apples and walnuts.
