Love this shop - added them to my favorites list. My husband and I had the best experience at this shop. We were helped by Michelle and Heather. We spent $300 the first trip, got home and realized there was damage to the item purchased. I called right away and was told if it couldn' be repaired I could chose another which I did. Our return trip we spent another $150. Then called to ask if I could get the same item in another color. Heather called around and found it for me. She called several days later to let me know it had arrived and was part of their New Year Sale so I was able to purchase the same item at the lower price. Their prices are in line with the quality and uniqueness. Michelle is definitely a sales person so she is a bit agressive in gathering things she thinks you will like. She picked out one item that I did end up purchasing. Overall, a great experience and we will be back!

learned my lesson - will never shop here again. I wish someone had warned us about this place. This is not a low-end store, yet their policies and their service is absolutely awful. We bought a $600 women's rabbit fur coat, but after learning about the practices used to breed and harvest the fur we returned the next morning, no blame to the store, but got awful treatment.

Lesson learned - don't confuse high price with good service and policies.
