In the process of an FFL Transfer with them. Great customer service and very professional. Yes, part of their business is a pawn shop, but they treated everyone that walked through the door with respect. Very safe location and a very large public parking garage across the street.

FFL transfer in SSF. Did an FFL transfer from out of state. Parking is always a problem along Grand Ave., and if you are picking up your item, I don't think it's a good idea to walk alone to the back lot parking. I recommend doing your FFL somewhere else. This is a pawn shop and you walk in there, don't expect to be treated nicely. They treat everyone as if you want their money and you are in terrible needs. Yes, they look down on customers. They got used so much to this manner and doesn't matter what business you bring when you walk in. That's how I felt IMHO.
