I am very pleased to recommend Computer Support Specialist, Scott Hampton.

We are a small business with 8 computers, a server, and a variety of personal electronic devices. Our original IT specialist left our business to take a job (as a network security analyst) with a government agency in Washington D.C. Before our IT expert left in 1989, he interviewed several prospects and recommended Scott from Compuaid as an excellent replacement. This has proven to be an excellent decision. Since then Scott has replaced servers, workstations, and numerous other technology devices. in 2005 he facilitated the complete rewiring of our network system. He successfully solves even tricky problems.

In the 13 years Scott has assisted us he has been an honest, reliable asset to our business. We have confidence in his computer skills and in his integrity.

Competent, courteous, and fast!!. I was unable to use my computer because there were several popups, the computer was slow, and I was unable to get on the Internet. A person named Scott came to my house. He was able to remove my virus in less than one hour. He was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I give Compuaid "two thumbs up."
