Reviewed our request for a loan when others & banks turned us down. Believed in us.. We were in desperate need to eliminate high credit card debt. We sought a loan many places but were turned away. Mike reviewed our financial history and saw that we had the ability to pay and needed a break. He gave us that break.

Others went merely on FICO scores which were pathetic. He went behind that and put the whole picture together. Solid accounting showed we were paying huge credit debt and to transfer it to one loan made sense even though the loan was 10%. No credit card is that low. We worked hard for 2 years to pay this loan on time always. We now have superb FICO scores and are able to refinance at a lower rate through a local bank branch. Without Mikes help we could have been doomed to foreclosure or worse, bankruptcy.

AWFUL REALITY. Cal-West Reality is the worst. They are rude (except for one staff person there), and uncooperative company I have ever delt with. Please for your own good do not use them, find another company!
