poor customer service. we were going to buy a treadmill from them. and decided to use a "trial balloon". we wound up purchasing a BOSU ball. it costs $162.00 if you buy it at their store. but if you look on amazon, it's only $119.00. Also, Jori has quite a poker face. it's obvious to anyone walking in the shop, he's all about the commission.

We bought the BOSU ball. which never arrived. Jori told us, that it would be at the store in 2-3 weeks. We gave him 7 weeks. He never once called, nor followed up with us. When asked to cancel the transaction over the phone. he seemed a bit billigerent. When I told Jori i would come down personally to oversee this transaction. He seemed to regain his usual monotone, demeanor.

there is a treadmill shop 1 block from them down the street. the service is excellent, and the equipment is top notch, and 1/2 the price.
