Great Customer Service and Great Quality. I needed to get my wedding rind fixed and sized, so decided to check in at Emkay and see what they could do. They said they could absolutely take care of the problems (it was missing a couple side stones and a prong had fallen off) and size it for me. I was expecting it to take a couple weeks, but they said they could have it fixed/sized within a week…which was amazing, considering that I hate not having a ring on my finger. The price was very reasonable and definitely lower than what others had quoted me.



The ring looked great when I went to pick it up! Fixed perfectly, cleaned and polished – it looked like a brand new ring!

I wil definitely return here for all my future repairs

I Do Not Recommend Emkay Jewelers! by Carrie Rolla. I am a local resident of San Carlos, and like to support local companies and stores. I am so upset that I took a diamond ring to be sized at Emkay Jewlers on Laurel Street. I received it as a Christmas present, and now I am sick to my stomach. The ring was originally a size 7 and I wanted it sized to a 61/4. When I picked up the ring, it lost it's shape. There were evident marks from a file, and it had lost it's white gold lustre. When I talked to the owner she said that all rings are not going to be perfect after they are sized!!! I was so disappointed in her lack of customer satisfaction. I took it to Hirzel Jewelers in Menlo Park- the lead jeweler there said my ring had not been welded correctly together, there are many file marks, and evidence of careless work! It may break apart in the future. I would not recommend Emkay jewelers in San Carlos. I am just crushed!

Fair Prices and Easy to Work With. I worked with Kavita and she was very accomodating in finding the perfect diamond and setting for me. Not only does Emkay sell the designer engagement ring style (direct order) but she helped change my mind in getting a diamond online by locating a better diamond and an even better price. Like all jewelry purchases... do your homework first so you know what to bargain for! I highly recommend Emkay Jewelers.
