Nice place to live out of the city
by Ron Kutulas at Citysearch
I've lived here a couple years and it's been a great apartment. I agree that it has a little bit of a 70's vibe but it is a respite from the bustling city and has well maintained grounds, pools, clubhouse, etc. that gives it a woodsy feel. I've never had issues with smoke in building #2, except the occasional burnt meal. Also, I've fixed up my place, berber carpet, paint, appliances so it has all the modern amenities. I've seen some neighbors places and not all remodeled equally. Overall, I've loved living here, and you can't beat the commute time to the city.
- Pros: Proximity to city, swimming pools, serenity
- Cons: Ugly hallway carpet, limited guest parking
Smoking hell
by Thomson221 at Citysearch
It seems almost everyone is smoking on the balconies. The tobacco and marijuanna smell is everywhere. The ventilation inside of apartments is not good, the smoke comes inside and fills the rooms. It is impossible to avoid it. Neighbors also often make BBQ on theis balconies, so the smoke sometimes is really dense. If you have children or non-smoker, keep out. This looks like a smoke community.
- Pros: good facilities
- Cons: smoke, no parking for second car
