Neighborhood Favorite. I have been going to Celia's for over 15 years. It's close to my house & it still prepares some good latin dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are also amazing for groups of 10 or more. Food still comes out fast and good. Close to the SF airport if you have a bit of a layover! Margaritas look small but they pack one heck of a tequila ride. Be careful! One of my favorite dishes is the Cancun Platter. It is full of crab, chicken, shrimp, onions, tomatoes, & mushrooms in a buttery sauce. Served with classic rice, refried or black beans & guacamole...Happiness in a plate!! If you don't want to sit in the main restaurant, there is a bar area w/ TVs.
