They brought my old treadmill back to life. brought my old treadmill back to life

my treadmill had been sitting in my garage for the last couple of years. I went to try it , it light up but the belt didn't move :( I called a couple of places and ended up going with treadmill outlet. they do a flat rate for repair so that is a bonus! the next day the repairman came cecked out the machine. after about an hour my treadmill was up and running. he even lubed and tuned it up for me! can't beat that! good service and nice guys too

Very happy with my purchase. After endless searching on the internet for an elliptical trainer my wife and drove down to treadmill outlet in redwood city. They had a large selection of machines for us to try out. The sales guy Gene was really informative yet not pushy. They pay music in the showroom and I even asked Gene to turn off the music so we could listen to the ellipticals (we wanted quiet one). We ended up getting a better price then we saw online for the vision fitness s7100 and their staff delivered and set up the trainer the following week end. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

AWFUL SERVICE.. We ordered an elliptical to be sent from their shop to our home. They gave us a great price on the whole package (machine, delivery, service). This was too good to be true, however. After telling them two MONTHS after ordering that they should send the machine, they have yet to send us anything (after 3 weeks of waiting). They refuse to talk to us and the manager refuses to call us back. They say they sent the machine, yet they do not have the name of the company that they used to ship the machine. When they finally gave us the name of the company, they refused to give us the number of the shipping company. We call every other day and ask where our machine is and they have not given us an answer. DO NOT PURCHASE A MACHINE FROM THESE LAZY, UNORGANIZED PEOPLE.
