I Was Happy. What I remember about Dale Plumbing: great service for a pretty reasonable price. I called them for an emergency (kitchen spilling out water everywhere--Friday nigh, my son's Spring Break coming home evening) and then back for misc stuff around and under the house. I was happy with the fact that they never tried to overcharge or rip me off, they were neat and tidy and they were willing to accommodate my emergency situation and agreed to come for the other stuff during the regular work week. Quality Service. I am pleased to finally have a trustworthy company at hand when I need plumbing or heating stuff done either at my home or at my Redwood City rental. All plumbers I've encountered from Dale Plumbing have all been great quality plumbers with a killer sense of humor and a good skill set.

Dishonest business practices. Avoid these people. They lie. They are not interested in honest work, but in trumping up ridiculous non-charges and fees.

I was very pleased with their service. I called Dale Plumbing several times for stoppages at an apartment building the company I work for manages. They always do a great job. Since, we've called them as well for faucet and toilets repairs, plus to fix a stinky leak under the building.

I recommended them to my office after they did some work for my father and sister a few years ago. I'm very glad I did so because it makes a huge difference when one can rest assured they get good, competent professionals.

My favorite plumber. I used Dale Plumbing Inc several times in the past five years and they have never disappointed me. They are always on charge, very professional, honest and reliable. Every plumber of theirs is very knowledgeable and clean. With drain stoppages, they are able to clear a blockage without making a mess. They also replaced my water heater two years ago and came out on a Saturday to do it. It was a frightening mess having burst pretty much all over the laundry room floor but they cleaned up the water and had a new tank in place and connected the same day! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality plumber!

Highly Recommend!!!. I've used Dale Plumbing for the last three and a half years on my house in Palo Alto and also my rental property in Redwood City. They are ALWAYS on time, they always do a great job and they charge quite reasonably. It seems they specialize in newer products too like tank-less water heaters which I've spoken to them about in the past and they seem very knowledgeable so I will be doing one at my house sooner or later.

If you really are looking for a plumbing contractor that actually knows what they are doing, I very much recommend trying Dale's. I cannot explain how professional and courteous they are. They always get the job done on time and right and that is something I highly value. I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past two decades managing my tenant dwelling and they are by far my #1 choice when I need plumbing help. I've used them for rooter service on sewer stoppages, repairing and replacing toilets, faucets, showers, tubs. I've also had them replace two water heaters and they also ran a new ice maker line for me at my house.

stay away. I was very disappointed with my experience with Dale plumbing. I had them repair some drainage pipes for which they had to tear up concrete. Instead of protecting my belonging with a tarp they went ahead getting concrete dust over everything in my garage. Then they found a new problem which James, the foreman said would cost a couple hundred more to fix and they charged me almost $1000 more. I asked them to loosen up a drain stopper in my bathroom. James said he didn't have the screws needed to fix it. So he sent someone else. This other worker proceed to do an hour of work, without my approval and actually rendered the drain stopper inoperable (it had previously worked). Despite the fact that i hadn't approved the work and the caused a new problem, they still expect me to pay for that time. I advise you stay away.
