Bad Customer Service!. We had a wonderful time at Malibu Castle in Redwood City playing golf..great service there... after which decided to go to Maibu Grand Prix. Big Mistake!

We were crushed when the manager there looked at my son and declared that she didn't think he would make the height requirement. He stood at the measuring scale and much to all our joy he made it!!

The manager decided to walk over examine his feet to make sure that he was standing properly, which he was, then she lowered his chin, which was fine, and next to our surprise she took a pencil and put it through his hair, tilted it downwards, and declared that he did not meet the height requirement which is what she had presumed initially. I think he was a millimeter off ..well at least he was after she tilted the pencil downwards to prove her point !!

All our joy vanished as my 9 year old crumpled up and began to cry. He had been waiting to take his his cousins who were visiting from India to Malibu. The manager.. just made a face and so we decided to leave the establishment.

We understand and obey safety rules and understand they are in place to keep our children safe but this situation was bizarre.
