Lousy Customer Service. In my experience with several of the knuckleheads working the parts counter, these guys are ALL lacking in even the basic understanding of their job. They don't know the bikes, they don't know the parts, they don't know the laws regarding riding offroad, and most of all they don't know how to treat customers. But they do know their tatoos. I don't know about all their brands, which they carry too many of, it seems, to know sufficiently, but if you ride a KTM, do yourself a favor and don't even bother with these guys.

redwood city honda. My new Kawasaki was stalling at 260 miles on it and 5 weeks old. I brought it in for service and they

claimed I "added bad gas to it". I did in fact add 3 gallons of gas from my normal gas

station at 100 miles. But after 15 motorcycles and probably 2000 tanks of gas I never

had a bad tank yet. Most probably someone forgot to drain the carburetor or there was manufacturing debris in the fuel system - in any case they charged me for it! They said I was paying for it "because it is your motorcycle". Nice warranty work isn't it ??
