Responsive service team. I received a card to take advantage of a free home energy audit. They made an appointment that was within 5 working days of my call and they were on time (within the one hour window given me, MUCH better than so many 4-hour wiondows). They were efficient and delivered a very comprehensive report eight working day safter they were here.

I am now considering a solar system, but there has been no pressure.

Most self-sufficient system I have seen. Though the parts were more expensive than what I have been accustomed to, I am already seeing a cost differential in my monthly water bill AND up time AND cost of maintenance. GREAT product(S), excellent installation time with minimal intrusion into established growth areas. I am now considering having them do some landscape lighting, but no solar just yet.

Their office is centrallized to the peninsula, the response time is comparable to other good companies, the initial contact with Nathan Thomas was very fruitful, and I like the fact they are movig toward being a one-stop-shop for homeowners with irrigation,plumbing, solar, and electrical. How often have I had to make multiple calls and meet with a number of people at different times?

The old addage has been proven true again, we get what we pay for. I am looking forward to a continued relationship.
