Local Y with everything you need.
"The Y is all about the people: people who work there, people who volunteer there, and people who are members -- and they are all fantastic. It's a great place with a strong community feeling. Especially if you have kids I would highly recommend it. I would guess most members range from late 20's and older. Lots of different programs for adults and kids. They have a large indoor pool, and having been to a few other nearby pools, I think this one is just as good as any other. And unlike nearby pools, offers affordable swim lessons for kids. Showers are good. This YMCA is a great part about living in Redwood City."
