Helpful!. Called up in a tizzy needing a new case fan for my desktop. After a little figuring out what we were talking about (fan for the tower, not a laptop cooling pad) the employee checked what they had on hand, found they had what I was looking for, and offered to track down where I might be able to find something better suited if what they had on hand did not suit.

NOTE: THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS WRONG. IT IS LINDA MAR SHOPPING CENTER, NOT LINDA MAR BLVD.

This is important as I got lost on my way there trusting the address to be correct.

After I arrived she was helpful, and we confirmed that the fans were the same size. There were only two in stock but that will work for now.

Excellent service, knowlegable staff. I'm always surprised by the excellent help I get in this Radio Shack. The employees really know electronics and go out of their way to help you.
