I was always Ok happy with their service. Not perfect, but OK. Today they STOLE my Stanford parking A sticker. This is a stick on adhesive to the inside windshield. I looked at it when I pulled in, and thought "it's been OK before". An hour later when I was driving I realized it was gone. I called and they said to call in the morning for lost and found. Right. An expensive lesson learned. After 8 years I will never go back. There is another car wash in Mountain View to go to with no lines.

Super friendly staff, love the popcorn machine and lemonade. For the price and speed, it is a no-brainer as to where to go for a car wash!
Pros: Price, Friendly staff, Popcorn
Cons: Crowded, Usually leave spots
