In Short
Dim sum has made this Hong Kong-based chain restaurant a popular Peninsula lunch spot, while evenings cater to large groups with more conventional Chinese entrees. Dishes include Nanjing crispy-skin roast duck, served in two courses--the crackling skin with pancakes and plum sauce, then the diced meat tucked into lettuce leaves. Dungeness crab can be ordered stir-fried with XO sauce (a house-made mix of chili and dried scallops) or coated with spicy salt.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the peninsula. When at their best, they are inventive and flavors subtle. Of course, several of their creative specials fail, but I like being surprised from time to time with dishes I have never had before.

I'm not a dim sum expert, but even i know that if a variety of good food comes around frequently, it should get a good review. Theres a lot of seats which means that there is quite a bit of noise, but there isnt much wait which is good seeing as how most dim sum places waits go up to above half an hour easily. Conclusion: Its a good place for dimsum if you don't mind having to raise your voice a bit, but then again, what dim sum place do you not have to raise ur voice

It's been around for a while and always rivals the other Chinese restaurants along the strip of El Camino in Millbrae. They offer other dishes aside from just seafood, so I'd check em out.
