very very disappointed.
We went to Sushi Kei for dinner on Friday night.
We had some sushi and combination plate. One of the sushi was discolored and my husband was afraid of eating the rest of sushi. The tempra batter was not fully cooked and it was actually running after I had a bite. It was the most disgusting tempra I had ever had in my life. The portion for the combination plate was smaller than lunch. When I just looked at the menu, the combination plate was $14.50 and I thought the price was very decent. However, after the plate was served, I was speechless. No wonder the restaurant was almost empty even on the weekend.

Quality fish is worth the price..
If you are discerning about the quality of the fish, you will keep going back to Suishi Kei. You know you can trust a place that fills with Japanese customers. Wouldn't go with more than four and do not expect value sushi (an oxymoron anyway). Reliable local favorite of mine.

Wonderful and authentic.
This is very down to earth yet high-end Sushi restaurant. I usually sit at the counter with my boss from Japan, who is very picky in sushi. He and I guarantee the quality. It is not a fake Japanese stuff created by Korean. The sushi chef was trained in Japan and he creates traditional sushi. The zen atomosphere is around him. He like talking about golf and cars.
