great food long wait. the food was great I reccomend the eggs benedict or any of the pancakes. The food is fresh and yummy but you will have to wait to get a seat but once your inside the service is fast and friendly.

Great lunch spot if your in the mood for breakfast. Went there the other day with people from work for lunch. Plenty of seating and good breakfast with reasonable prices. Not sure its as great as everything at Stacks but planning to go there again, esp. when there's a line down the street for Stacks! Food came fast, portions were large and OJ was decent. Waitstaff was friendly and prompt. Probably a good place for kids as well.

Pancakes that are just outta this world.... If you're one of those breakfast people (as I am) and you live around the Bay Area, don't miss this place. The pancakes here are the stuff of one's dreams - a serious bit of buttermilk heaven. Served hot and quickly with plenty of real butter and syrup to go around.

The coffee is great, the service is attentive - and the food comes out amazingly fast. The prices are in line with other breakfast places (pancakes will run you about $6, and omelette about $9) - but the caliber of food here just makes it a no-brainer.

Remember, it's a pancake house - so don't expect quiet, cozy dining. It's kid-friendly, grandma-friendly, and can get a bit noisy during peak times. But that's because it's crowded. And crowded is good in the restaurant business - so they must be doing something right.

Great food!. This place is great. The food is good and you cant beat the price. A large omelette with hash browns and 2 pancakes for $9. The service was good, the waitress checked up on us several times. We didnt wait long for a table and the food came out fast. Yes, it is a bit noisy but its a pancake house, what do you expect..a candlelight dinner for two kind of place?

FIRST AND LAST TIME. This place is total rip off, nothing special about it.

People that got there after us were eating first, the waiter got our order wrong and later He told us that He was too busy to offer more coffee. People giving good reviews for this place must be the owner and his friends. I do not recommended.

I never felt so disappointed about getting a meal so simple like eggs and sausages. the place is too dam loud. IHOP has better service and variety.

Best Breakfast. The Millbrae Pancake House is much better than IHOP. Every breakfast I have had here is amazingly awesome. The ambiance and service aren't anything to get excited about and the place can get very busy on the weekends but it is definitely worth it.

Better than IHOP. Millbrae Pancake House is an old fashioned pancake house that serves everything from pancakes to chicken fried steak all day. Yes, it's a large room with booths and tables and can get pretty noisy. But the food always comes in less than 5 minutes. The hot chocolate is made the old fashioned way with whipped cream on top, not from a packet, like IHOP. The omelettes come with pancakes, toast, or Swedish pancakes (my favorite). The food is good and inexpensive.

Nothing Special. It's one big room with high ceilings. If the room was full it would be extremely NOISY. There at noon on Saturday, 1/2 full and it was very noisy. I had the California omelette. Avacado on top was very brown. Waitress did take it back but why would the cook even serve nasty brown avacado? Pancakes didn't seem very special. Denny's anyone?

Good food, too bloody crowded. Went there with my companion two Sundays for breakfast, got there early before the lines started. Wait staff rushed, impatient, sometimes sullen. Not very TG friendly, just tolerant.

Undoubtedly the best breakfast around. I've been here several times, and I always have a great experience. The food is terrific, servers are friendly and fast, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Everything tastes great, whether it's simply sourdough toast or Swedish pancakes. I recommend the blueberry pancakes and the chili omelette.
