Great custom made dress place. I came in looking for a wedding dress to purchase and found out I could custom make my dress for about the same price. I tried several different stores to find something different, but nothing stood out. At Royal Formal, I was able to mesh several different styles I was looking for into one dress and added the amount of beadwork and lace I wanted on my dress. I came out exactly like the pictures. I couldn?t be more thrilled. The ladies that helped me gave me personal attention and the dress fit me perfectly even after I lost some weight a few weeks before the big day. They even gave my then fiance and his groomsmen a group discount for their tuxedos.

DO NOT GO HERE!. DO NOT GO HERE! I got my prom dress made and it looked like i got it done at a sweat shop. No I bet I should've because what i had looked like a beginner put it together. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. They will not listen because they think they are always right. WORST PRICES EVER! There goes 300$ down the drain for an ugly piece of garbage. They were rude when I asked for some changes and wouldn't do it unless i paid 50$ EXTRA. NO THANKS! Don't believe me, I will get my other friends whom were also dissatisfied. But beware of this place and consider yourself warned. I hope this place closes down.
