I reccomend Nak's Market to anyone who appreciates Fresh produce, meat, fish, tofu as well as dutch and indonesian foods. They do carry Asian food as well. This is the only mom and dad store still standing and running today for over 38 years. Ikie makes the best sushi and is a traditional japanese cooking. Keep up the good work Nak's. You deserve the 10 points!

Wonderful Store

Was amazed at how fresh the produce was and was tickled to by the helpfulness of the husband and wife team that run the store. Outstanding service, the fresh tofu is amazing, the sashimi I bought for sushi was gorgeous, and even got free tips on Japanese cooking from Mrs. Kurose who knows everything about Japanese cuisine. If you want to shop where you can get individual attention, fresh produce, fish, and service with a smile, I highly recommend Nak's.

Best place to buy Dutch goodies in the Bay Area!

They sell a wide variety of Dutch goodies (black licorice, Dutch pancake and poffertjes mix, stroop, stroopwafels, roosvice, chocomel etc.) and a lot of Dutch-Indonesian food items (e.g. spice mixes, kroepoek, ketjap manis, atjar).

• Pros: The friendly owners will even custom order products from The Netherlands!
• Cons: Closed on Sundays
