This place is awful. I signed my 4 year old boy up here when we moved to Sunnyvale. He started on a Monday and by Friday, he refused to go. He held on to his car seat, screaming and crying and refusing to go into the Early Horizons school room. I eventually dragged him out and the minute I let go of him, he ran back to the car. My son has been in daycare since he was 3 months old and loves it so it wasn't daycare that was the problem, it was Early Horizons. I ended up taking him back to Primary Plus in Campbell and he loves it everyday. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive but totally worth it. The Directors at Early Horizons were awful!!! They showed no compassion and only seemed to care about getting as much money out of us as possible. We asked for some of the $1100 we paid for the month back and they refused to refund any. After a month of going back and forth and definately being jerked around, they gave back $500 so it cost us $200 a day for the 3 days he attend daycare. The teachers were just ok. The room itself was total chaos: loud and messy. The kids had to eat in stages so if you were hungry, you had to watch others eat until it was your turn. I'm not sure why they do this. It doesn't make sense and is very upsetting to a child who is hungry. Think twice before you choose Early Horizons. The Directors will take advantage of you and don't seem to be interested in the childrens' welfare, just the business. If you do choose to go here, don't give them any more money in the beginning than you have to and negotiate a trial period. You'll need it.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Poor Directors, Chaotic class rooms, small, all cement playground
