I wanted a flipped out hair style cut, instead they cut it too short and curled it. I looked weird, and was overcharged for something I didn't want them to do (curl my hair). They don't really ask you what you want, rather, they ask you what you want and do what THEY think is cute. Which is really ugly.

Let me tell you that this place does a good job. Look for Manny...he's awesome! I've been to high end salon in downtown SF who is charging at least 3 times of what Structure is charging and still didn't get the style that I want. Yeah they serve your water & wine while you wait, but I don't need those...I need a great haircut! I also went to X Salon in San Ramon who gave me the hellish experience. Anyway Manny did a good job. I've gotten a lot of compliments for my bangs! I also love the way he layered my hair. I'm very satisfied. I'm going back again this weekend for a trim.
