Employees are rude there. The food is great but the employees there are just plain rude especially the lady with glasses. Today I was there with my mother in law. We were done eating so I went up to this old lady there and asked her if I can get something to put the extra food in. She told me to wait. Minutes later the guy asked me if I needed the go to foam thing I said yes. While getting it I over heard the old lady talking in tagalog to him "She's been coming up here in front asking for so many things." I was to nice I just took the items, kept my mouth shut and pretend she never said that. Gosh I just asked for an extra plate, fork and a to go box (whatever it's called) It's not like they're going to lose any business. It's mostly business when I go there.

Food is good.... One would think that since it is inside a "shopping mall" the food would suck. It is actually BETTER than the restaurant version of Manila Bay Cuisine. If you happen to be at Serramonte Mall, watch how quickly the line fills up. They have great food selection, lots of staff and quick check out. The food they serve taste just like home made Filipino food...at least I think so! I use to go there all the time until I moved. But if and when I am at that mall, I wouldn't pass up a chance to buy something, even just dessert.
