Don't you think it's pretty surprising how a Starbucks can get such low ratings?
Well, let me tell you what happens to me almost every time I go to this place. The coffee always tastes filthy, like the barista never bothers to clean the machine. Yuck! For a $5 cup of coffee, isn't this not asking too much?
Coupled with surly service, I swear if there was just another Starbucks closer to me at lunchtime, I would never go to this place.
