Original commitment to buy a vehicle was based on my most excellent relationship with Dan Valardi. My partner and I purchased an RX400h from him and were very pleased with the experience. I must say that after following Dan to Serramonte that my experience there was also excellent. I especially enjoyed working with Herb in sales and Francis in finance. One of the reasons that I have been loyal to Lexus in general is your support of the LGBT community and causes. That support means a lot to both my partner, Mark Tada and myself. Keep up the good works and we'll keep buying Lexus'!

The type of personalities truly differed from the first sales person to the second one. The first one definitely did not help to promote a positive image of Lexus. If anything, every time I think of Lexus of Serramonte now, I will forever have this lasting negative experience filed in the back of my head. But this negative was turned into a positive by the second sales person.
