Great doctors, POOR receptionists, would not recommend.
Let me preface this by saying that the actual doctors are pretty good. The first time I went in, however, I was supposed to see Lisa Dyer, but my appointment was canceled because she was still in surgery (understandable but still annoying) and no one even bothered to call and tell me not to come in. So at $4/gallon, I wasted gas driving from the city to Burlingame and back. They couldn't get me in to see her for weeks after that, which was frustrating enough, but they did get me in to see a PA, Peggy, who was so sweet and wonderful and did my tests. I would highly recommend her. YET, then some test results came back abnormal, and they called to tell me this, but didn't tell me what to do further. They told me I needed a follow-up, but after calling for five days straight, I kept being redirected and no one would give me to the right person. When I finally did talk to the right girl, she sounded really annoyed with me.
Fast forward to a few weeks later, I get an order for bloodwork in the mail, but no details as to how to make an appointment, if I should fast beforehand, etc. Again, no one through the reception chain of red tape would answer my questions or help out. So I still have no idea what to do about this because I can't find one competent person who answers the phone to direct me toward the right person.
Doctors may be five stars, but the receptionists aren't even one.
