I am satisfied every visit. I have been going to Trio Salon for about 5 years. I've been lucky to have the same stylist, Amanda, each time. She listens to me and also gives her opinion which I appreciate.

The front desk staff can be preoccupied with phone calls which sometimes I think are personal rather than business.

Worst of the Worst!!. The most rude front desk staff!!!! My husband got his long hair cut off here, and the stylist cut off all of his hair even though he requested to get it cut only shoulder length. My husband was really upset and they did not do anything about this.. I do not recommend this place at all. They do not allow dogs even though I had seen other women bring in their dogs..when I brought in mine..they told me they did not allow dogs in their salon. I was very upset and they were very rude.

Poor service, bad attidudes!. Poor service. I was very excited about this place because they do give good hair cuts.

I have heard really good things about them but to me they were rude to me.

They said that I arrived late even though I remember the appointment.

They made me wait a extra half an hour-- even though it was there mistake. My experience was a poor one.

If you willing to put up with the rudeness you will get a good haircut.

horrible customer service. So I went to this salon for about 3 years and every time I went in I felt awkward and unwanted. The girls that work at the front are super rude and definately have sticks up their butts, who knows why cuz they are just receptionists not like they have a reason to act they way they do. The stylists are all new and i had my hair ruined at least 2 times. I just HATED being at this salon, it's too big and the only reason i came back was because i LOVED this one stylist (who thank goodness has now switched salons). I do not recommend this salon there is nothing good about it. Try fringe or Didi around the corner, they are way nicer and do a better job with customer service and with hiring quality stylists.

Great Highlights!!. I had my highlights done by Rhea and was extremely happy with my color!! Rhea was recommended to me by a family member and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

Great highlights and cut by Amanda. I've been seeing Amanda for over a year and she does a great job on my highlights and cut every time. It's always exactly what I want and instead of doing exactly what she wants like some stylists do, she listens to my preferences and follows them. She's also a nice person and professional.

Good in some aspects, needs MUCH improvement on others. I've been getting my hair done there for literally A DECADE and the main point is to find the stylist that works for you. I see Tracy and she is AMAZING... I never leave that place without being 200% satisfied with my hair and I am constantly getting compliments on her work. She is GREAT.

The place is cool, hip, trendy, however as always the receptionists are not very nice or very professional. (Somewhere in their minds they must think that being a part of Trio means being related to Tom Ford???) From my experience, those who have been going to Trio for some time, do so for their own stylist and not so much because Trio is just this grand place that you MUST be a part of. In all honesty, they do their best to make you feel TOTALLY unwelcome... yes, they do need a crash course on manners and remembering that they are on the map because of their staff AND loyal customers.

I have referred many people to Tracy however, if you are late to an appointment, you might as well forget about having a good experience... they will treat you like a leper and treat you as if you basically threatened to bomb the place... Bottom line: don't be late!!!

Main points: they have talent under that roof, and the motivating factor is to continue to see YOUR stylist.

The place is cool, clean and very nice, but the rest of the staff is less than stellar, have uncalled-for superiority complexes and delusions of grandeur.

don't go during weekends. the staff are talented but i recommend going during the week when its less crowded. weekends are too crowded and sometimes they have to work on you on the side because no stations are available.

Trio Salon in Burlingame. Trio Salon will let you down!

I had the worst experinceI ever have had in a salon. I went to Trio Salon before my wedding,

and was turned away because of their clerical mistake.

They were rude and downright mean. They made me wait for several hours and they made me leave. I did not have a chance to go to another salon--- so my special day was ruined . My advice is do not let this happen to you!

Trio Salon in Burlingame. Trio Salon is terrible! If you need your hair done for a special occastion do not go here!

I have never had worse treatment in my life.

They were rude and made me wait forever.

I had an appiontment they said I was late --- even though I wasn't!

I was trying to have my hair done for my wedding and because they

said I was late, they tuned me away so my hair looked terrible for my special day.
