I spoke with Rob on the phone to purchase a watch long distance since my city did not have a dealer for the specific watch I wanted. He explained to me why it was important to buy from a dealer and I am so glad I did. Everyone I spoke with at Topper's has been wonderful and they have worked hard to earn my business. Highly professional and very easy to work with. I will continue to use them in the future.

Man what a great watch store.

I have been shopping with Rob for about three years. I have found him to be very honest, professional, and customer friendly. At first, I was very hesitant to buy a watch "long distance". I was looking for a Swiss watch that was not available in my local area of Jacksonville,Fl. Also, I would only buy from an authorized dealer. After calling and speaking with Rob, he calmed my fears. I took the chance. Well three years later I am still buying from him and now consider him a friend. The few times I have called and Rob was out of the store, the other Topper associates were just as warm and friendly in anserwing any and all my questions.

Topper has what I believe to be top notch customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality Swiss time piece.
