Customer Service Depends on Who Helps You. I called the Unique Bride to find out if they had samples left from their recent sale. The woman on the phone wasn't overly enthused to invite me in to see what was left, and made it sound like there wasn't much to see. I scheduled an appointment, anyway. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by the salesperson, Julie, who showed me many sample dresses in the style for which I was searching. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. I really enjoyed working with her, and would recommend asking for her, specifically. She even got the store to discount the dress again beyond the sale price. When I said I needed to visit another store before deciding, she wasn't pushy at all, and told me to call her if I had any questions.

great customer service. I recently visited The Unique Bride, a little hesitant based on a few poor reviews. I was pleasently surprised. The staff was so friendly. I first tried bridal gowns, my sales person was very knowledgable. The dresses were amazing. I am torn between a Jenny Lee and a Rivini. Everything I tried was beautiful. After I tried dresses, I looked at bridesmaids dresses. The sales girls were a little busy but very helpful and so friendly. I am shocked that anyone did not have a good expierence.

poor customer service. I went to Unique Bride thinking that they were a reputable bridal salon. They are not! I found that the women who work there to be unhelpful, rude with a superior attitude. My mother asked the woman there if the store carried a certain brand of shoes. My mother was told that they dont carry low end brands. When I went to find bridesmaid dresses the sales woman me provided me incorrect information which used to base my decision on a certain dress. I was told that the dress would be a certain fabric and that the design I used made quality dresses. When I received the dresses the quality was extremely poor. I could see the sticking on the hem and it was made of a different fabric than what I expected (low quality fabric). I contact a manager at the store who was unwilling to work with me to find an acceptable resolution. I am stuck with these low quality dresses, which were not sold at a low price. Beware of Unique Bride. I would suggest going to one of the other many bridal salons in the bay area.

Lacks Customer Service. I was really looking forward to Unique Bride since it was so close and I wouldn't have to go into the city. Unfortunatly after going there, I would have prefered the drive to the city and parking issues for better service.

The woman who helped me was not listening to the types of dresses I wanted to try on. She was showing me all the wrong dresses. She treated it very much like a business transaction, the mentality of get me in, out , onto the next appointment, and who cares what I really wanted to try on.

the best. I went to over 6 stores to find the perfect dress. I found it at The Unique Bride in Burlingame. They were friendly,helpful and not pushy. I went to a trunk show and they were able to create the PERFECT dress for me. I have since referred 2 other friends and they were delighted with them too. I am going this week to order my bridesmaids dresses there!
