Generous Salesman. After finding the car I wanted, and the fair price I knew I should pay, I was more than disheartened after going to three dealerships and finding them unwilling to negotiate. The salesman at Mike Harvey Acura not only met me at the price of the car I wanted, also giving me extremely generous terms on my trade, they set me up in a rental car while my new car shipped to the dealership! They gave me great financing terms and made car shopping a pleasure instead of a haggle, hassle, bs-fest. I highly recommend you try this dealership first instead of as a last resort. You will save yourself a lot of frustration, and drive away very satisfied.

Best Part. The best part of being there was meeting the owner, who was busy helping the admins and techs set up! What a nice and hilariously funny gentleman, who was sincere, likeable and down to earth!

Exceptional. Having come here a number of times over the years for routine oil changes, I have to say that the staff and service have been consistently exceptional throughout the years and counting of ownership of my RSX (which was purchased here). The waiting area is great with coffee/tea, pastries, TV, and internet.

Helpful & Courteous. I would like to tell you that my service at Mike Harvey Acura deserves a 10. My service man was very helpful and courteous. He was very professional and told me exactly what I needed to be done on my car. I would have to say that he was the best service person I have dealt with in a very long time.

Dashing Ride!!. The car I got is dashing. I love how it rides and the inside is wonderfully smooth. I always wanted a leather seat car and plus it's the one I been wanting for a little while now. The budget was a little out of my price range but they worked with what I had because I was paying cash upfront no payment plans or anything. Thanks guys for everything.

Amazing Customer Service!!. Amazing customer service at Mike Harvey Acura. They greet me with a warming smile and made sure I was comfortable in the car I wanted and comfortable with the prices that I am looking at. I believe that I got an amazing deal for my MDX. Thanks for all the help.

Courteous and Knowledgeable. Thank you Mike Harvey Acura for all your help. I love my new TSX, I couldn't be any happier. The one thing I love the most, is I didn't get pushed into buying anything. I felt like everyone was just there to help me, not to make a sale. Needless to say, the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, and I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership.

Smooth and Comfortable. I am super satisfied with the purchase of my Acura RL. It rides so smooth and comfortable. I got an amazing price and great customer service. The staff at Mike Harvey didn't treat me like a dollar sign and I liked that.
