5 STARS!!! I bought my Toyota Prius through Jeff Hersman at Putnam Toyota and had a great experience. I recommend this dealership and this salesman in particular. It made my car buying experience smooth, prompt, and hassle free!

Great Dealership 5 Stars!!! Go. Ask for Victor Contreras if you want to lease or buy. Incredibly friendly person and family man who was extremely nice from the very first time I walked on the sales floor. After listening to my needs he new exactly what I needed and within a few minutes I knew I found the right dealership. Everyone was really friendly, patient and honest! After going for a lengthy test drive with me, Victor thought it would be a great idea to stop by my house to show my wife since she couldn't make it to the dealership ( just had a baby) and was able to check out the car. After the test drive we were able to sit down and figure out what it would take to get me in the car I really, really wanted. After talking with his manager they brought back some really fair payments that was in our ideal budget, they even bought our lease that was coming up from another toyota dealership so we didn't even need to turn it back in..... such an easy way to deal with a lease that is running out.

We told Victor we needed to think about the purchase and after talking over lunch my wife and I decided for her to go test drive the car, with the rest of the family. It was really easy since they had a play area for my 2.5 year old to play legos and a really sweet coffee espresso machine for me while we waited for my wife to take the Rav4 for a spin. They also had a TV playing golf, but I knew better :)

It was an easy decision to make, from start to finish the entire team, the manager, finance guy everyone was just so accommodating and helpful and not pushy at all. We would highly recommend Victor and all the Putnam Toyota team to our friends and family.

Overall, an excellent experience and a 5 star dealership!

Toyota Prius surged out of control, dealership doesn't care.. We have a 2004 Prius that surged out of control. After I got it to stop, I pulled over and wrote down all of the details thinking Toyota would want to know. Wesley Hew at Putnam Toyota listened to the details then told me I stepped on the gas instead of the brake. Actually what I had just told them my foot was in mid air and we didn't have the floor mats in when it surged out of control. Toyota called us to find out if our visit was satisfactory; we told them it wasn't resolved, and we haven't heard from them since. Toyota and their dealerships are absolutely not interested in solving this problem, only putting words in their customers mouths and patronizing them. The claim we filed with the NHTSA (National Highway Transportation Safety Authority) also said I stepped on the gas instead of the brake and that the floor mats caused the problem. They didn't read anything I said in my letter (as neither the floor mat or stepping on the gas pedal happened). Pretty scary, even the NHTSA isn't interested in the public's safety.

Don't buy a Toyota, your life depends upon it!
