Bad location (next to a motel!); good brunch for adults; very kid friendly. I love their coffee cakes. They're so tasty! The location may deter you from going since it's like next to a motel BUT brunch is good. It's definitely a local chain that local's frequent. There's a parking lot there too so you don't have to worry about paying for parking.
