Fine dining pastry chef Belinda Leong recently opened her chic patisserie which often sells out early of its beauteous baked goods, particularly flaky kouign amann or daily changing viennoiserie (croissants, brioche, pain au chocolat, and the like).
Beautiful pastries here--so refined, and perfectly executed. From a lemon tart to an oh-so-pretty grande macaron cake with rose pastry cream, good luck making up your mind.
