Heidi Gibson, the multiple Grilled Cheese Invitational winner is the mastermind behind new offerings like breakfast grilled cheese sandwiches with eggs and classics like biscuits and eggs, homemade oatmeal with currants, walnuts and brown sugar. Wait till lunch to get mac and cheese and Kennebec shoestring fries. And that’s no raw deal.
