What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
I think I can hear most everyone in both the Inner Richmond and Laurel Village screaming out, “Finally”! At least that’s what many in these neighborhoods are thinking now that they have a hip, satisfying and affordable dining spot in the hood. Serving reinterpreted American classics, The Corner Store has a full bar and soda fountain with creative concoctions and addicting adult milkshakes. Brunch is a no brainer, with winning dishes like the Ricotta Pancakes with honey butter and blueberry compote and the Breakfast BLT with Applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomato, arugula, basil aioli, and a sunny-side up egg. Although only opened a few months, The Corner Burger is already developing a cult following.

Cute neighborhood spot that was sorely
needed: solid cocktails, and a menu that goes beyond your typical American fare. Well-priced burger, and don't miss the Manhattan milkshake. Gets pretty loud, and the scene skews on the 20-something side (USF is nearby).
