Bad Experience – We were in San Francisco for a funeral and three families ordered three arrangements, one was a centerpiece for $100 and the other two were supposed to be arrangements to coordinate with the centerpiece for $75 each. Three SMALL vases of flowers were delivered. The colors didn't coordinate and all 3 together were not worth $75, much less one. We were very disappointed and will not order from them again. I have ordered from Hoogasian in the past and been pleased. The only reason we picked Fiori was because they were located close to the family's home.
Beautiful but short-lived and pricey – They always have beautiful and varied flowers spilling out onto the sidewalk and as it's very close to my house, I frequently take stock. However, on the two occasions that I've brought some home, they haven't lasted more than a few days and as someone with a green thumb, raised reciting flower names and favored conditions, I know that they should have lasted longer. Of course, that's from the time they were brought home...I've no idea when they were actually cut, so if there's a next time I would, and others should too, ask which are the freshest flowers in stock, rather than just picking my favorites. Nevertheless...they are still a bit pricey...but for the varied selection and the location, I can't imagine anyone else would charge less either.
Dead flowers the very same day... – I bought a beautiful small arrangement on Saturday for my one-year old who loves to smell flowers right now. I was very disappointed when the hydrangea began to wilt that same day. The next day the 3 wonderful smelling roses had also died. The flowers were very pretty, but very dead within 2 days. My guess is that they do not get deliveries on Saturday -- but no one told me that!
I called when I had some time Monday morning (2 days later) to explain what happened. I thought for sure they would be surprised at the quality and would ask me to return to get a new arrangement. Nope. There was nothing the owner was willing to do. Maybe they could have done something if I had brought the flowers back within 24 hours. I explained that was difficult with a one-year old... Anyway, this leaves me a very disappointed customer and I would certainly not recommend a florist with this quality of customer service to anyone.
exceptional!! – These people know flowers. They clearly have a passion for what they do. The floral arrangements are wonderful and the selection is always the best and most seasonal.
